Keep Your Balance is an 8.5” x 11.5” painting on cotton rag paper. This abstract pastel, acrylic, ink, and watercolor work on paper uses bright green tones to convey an uplifting spirit while navy hues indicate a depth of emotion. This work is about balancing the pain with the joy. It is about challenging ourselves to know when to be serious and when to be light-hearted. This work should serve as a visual reminder to keep our balance as best we can.

This bright green paper is perfectly imperfect, as are all natural fiber materials. Cotton strands of various colors can be found woven within its surface.
